The staff proved very helpful . They efficiently provided directions to local attractions. My room had a washing machine, which allowed me to pack lighter. The location is near Senso-ji temple.
My room faced a busy area. I experienced noise at night even after the crowds dispersed. The air conditioning unit was also quite noisy. I had to open the window for some relief after the crowds quieted down.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms have silent walls and I could not hear any noise. The location is wonderful with lots of food drink entertainment shopping and access to mass transit nearby.
The room was not very clean. The appliances seemed quite old. The whole hotel could use some refreshment I think.

The room was larger than expected (which was a nice surprise). The staff were helpful. I especially liked the washer and dryer, especially after traveling for a while. The location is perfect for sightseeing and dining.
The pedestrian traffic made moving suitcases a little inconvenient during midday.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness, offering assistance with directions and luggage storage. they provided slippers and nightwear. They give gifts for each day guests decline room cleaning. This policy helps reduce waste.
